I find selecting Walls in Revit Architecture time consuming; I want to select all connected Walls in one operation. Is this possible?

Solution: When you hover your cursor over a single wall in Revit, it will highlight as an indication of what you are about to select. At that point press the TAB key and all connected walls will also be highlighted. You can then select all connected (highlighted) Walls.

How can I create Walls with iregular shaped profiles in Revit Architecture? (i.e. a Wall with a curved top)

Solution: If you select the wall that requires the curved top the ‘edit profile’ button will be activated, if you select this option you will be invited to select an elevation view. You will now be taken into the sketch mode. In this mode you can change the walls shape by altering the walls profile with the ‘lines’ option.

Can I make my Sections and Elevations standout in Revit Architecture?

Solution: Yes, select the Section or Elevation you wish to enhance, pick the ‘Linework’ icon and apply different line styles (i.e. Wide Lines) to line segment on your Section/Elevation. This will add an extra level of interest to your Revit model.
