From set-up and configuration, through installation to after-sales backup and support, the team of experts conversant in CAD, networking and PC technology are focused on minimising costly downtime.

Adris operates an electronic call logging system with a knowledge base to enable us to quickly and efficiently resolve issues in the fastest possible time. We operate an escalation policy whereby calls are forwarded to our management team if they are not closed in 24 hours.

Adris has a dedicated technical support hotline which is permanently manned by our Software Application engineers and on-site installation engineers, so if you have an issue on the use of the software or the installation and set up of your software there is always someone on hand to assist you.

Our intentions are to close calls at the time of the customer’s initial call. However, this is not always possible as we sometimes need to contact Autodesk for feed back and answers to specific issues on these occasions we are governed by their response times, but you can rest assured that we will always expedite the calls to ensure a rapid response.

To compliment the expertise of our support staff we also have available “Webex”. “Webex” technology often replaces the need to attend site to look at software issues as it enables us to remotely log in to your computer from our offices. I can assure you that Webex is totally secure and at no time can a system be connected to without your acceptance as you are in control of the entire procedure and dictate how much of your system you wish to be made available to our engineers. We are able to load drivers and service packs, look at and modify drawings, sort problems with software configuration and many other functions too numerous to list.

The beauty of Webex is that if you have a software issue that needs an engineer attention we can usually log in there and then to address your issues rather than having to normally wait for the following day to attend site. This means that we can often resolve your problems immediately.

This option is offered for both Software application and operating system issues.

Obviously Hardware problems can not be solved with Webex.
