Dart Sensors Logo Some years back, Dart Sensors started working on a design for a new miniaturised sensor which was conceived to allow entry into new markets. The original design concept was created in a NURBS based surface modeller and problems were encountered when sending data to external contractors and it was not very straightforward to make modifications to correct design flaws in the original concept.
